Tunnel and soil

The tunnel is built and local loads are applied to simulate the effect of different ground settlement on the tunnel. The example is user_BoxTunnelNew.

Initial accumulation strata are rapidly established by MatDEM automatic gravity accumulation.The diagram below shows the curves of boundary forces, energy conversion and heat conversion in the well-deposited strata.During the numerical simulation, the program will automatically record this information and display these results when run d.how ();.

Build the model:establish the structure of tunnel tube,cut out the middle elements of the stratum model,introduce the tunnel tube;Then re-do gravity accumulation,  achieve the tunnel tube and soil layer close fitting.

Uneven settlement occurs when increasing pressure is applied to an 8 m wide area in the middle of the upper surface.
